Sarasota.

We bought a little house down there. It is cute. If you are our friend you can rent it. Mostly we will use it. Our real rental is on Anna Maria Island. That is on the gulf and feels like vacation. This is in a neighborhood. It makes me feel like I’m a 70 year old tourist, and not because it is Florida…because I walk around saying. Boys, look at that tree, see the MOSS. Oh Steve look at that flower, how bright it is. Ooooo did you see that bird? It was so colorful. And so forth.

You can walk to the bay 1 1/2 blocks away, and that is good for sunset, but I have never seen anyone swim there. Probably because they are all so spoiled. It is still Florida with wide busy roads and strip malls, but both this neighborhood and “downtown” Sarasota are charming.

3 br/2bath. 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, bunkhouse with twin over full bunk and trundle (no interior photo of this room). Bunk house is a few steps from the house and has no bath.

A/C, lanai with pool, no TV or wifi but strong 4g for streaming.
